ATV driver airlifted to hospital

An individual was transported to hospital and later airlifted to another hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries, following an all-terrain vehicle accident on Royal Road.
On Saturday, April 10, shortly after 7 p.m. members of the Prince Edward County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded alongside Prince Edward County Fire and Rescue and Hastings Quinte Paramedic services to a report of an ATV accident on Royal Road. The investigation into the collision is ongoing.
