Boost for Relay for Life team efforts

Christopher Skinner, Picton Scotiabank branch manager, Tina Rutgers, customer service supervisor and PEC Relay for Life 2013 co-chair, present Barb Guernsey, PEC Relay for Life 2013 chair, with $5,091.45. The cheque matches the amount raised by the Picton Scotiabank team for Relay for Life 2012. With this cheque added, it puts the total amount raised in Prince Edward County to more than $230,000 for 2012. PEC Relay 2013 kicks off with a pancake breakfast at the Picton United Church on Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013 at 9 a.m. Committee members to help organize this year’s event are needed.
