A ‘Cram the Cruiser’ event hosted by the Prince Edward OPP auxiliary and Sobeys gathered $1,110 worth of groceries and $127 in cash for the Picton United Church County Foodbank.

“The officers used the opportunity to meet with the public and offer a chance to sit in the cruiser,” said Pat Romkey, food bank executive director. “It was a fun and positive event and we are overwhelmed by the generosity of the public, the officers and Sobeys.”
