Glass blower Mel Wilder, from Bloomfield Studios, was commissioned to produce the Player of the Game awards for the Dudley Hewitt Cup to be hosted by the Wellington Dukes at the Wellington Arena this week. Wilder was inspired by the concept of using the hot glass to craft awards to be given for a sport played on ice and thanks the organization for the opportunity to support the significant event. “Go Dukes!”
