Full daytime closures of County Road 35 under Skyway Bridge cancelled

UPDATE: The June 10, 13 and 14 closures of County Road 35 under the Quinte Skyway Bridge have been cancelled.

There will be two full daytime closures of County Road 35 under the Bay of Quinte Skyway Bridge on Monday, June 6 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Tuesday, June 7 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Closures are now also expected for Thursday, June 9 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m and for Friday, June 10 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. In case of poor weather conditions or unexpected delays, these closures will be re‐scheduled to take place on Monday, June 13 and Tuesday, June 14.
These closures are intended for the installation of Steel Girders for
Segment E work which will consist of placing cranes either on or above the road to perform the lifts required.
During these time periods, this portion of County Road 35 will be closed, and no traffic will be permitted to pass through the area under the bridge.
