Kiwanis honour Charlie Culmer

The Picton Kiwanis were honoured to present Charles Culmer with his 45th anniversary pin and the Legion of Honor certificate. Charles (Charlie) has
been a staunch member of the Picton Kiwanis since 1964 and among his many achievements has been the designer and builder of all the Kiwanis Christmas parade floats including The schoolhouse, Thomas the steam engine and the most current, the fantastic Pirate ship. Making the presentation was Past lieutenant Governor, Don Stanton (right) and Kiwanis President John Langschmidt, (left).
