PECI Jr. Boys Basketball slam dunks silver season

The PECI JR Boys basketball team recently capped off a great season. The boys captured the silver medal at the Bay of Quinte championship and the silver medal at the AAA COSSA championship, recently hosted at PECI.
The boys played 34 games this season, and finished with a record of 22 – 12. They competed in tournaments in Belleville, Kingston, Brockville and Smiths Falls.
“The team featured 11 Grade 9 players which bodes very well for the future,” said Coach Rob Garden, noting he and coach MacMillan are proud of the boys’ efforts, dedication and improvement over the course of the season.
