Picton welcomes Santa to town

Enthusiasm was high from a lighter than usual crowd lining Picton’s Main Street to greet Santa Claus, on Sunday, though the weather was more mild than usual.
Waiting patiently for the Jolly Old Elf to appear, young Declan caught his attention.
“Do you remember me?” he called out as the float was passing by.
“I remember you,” Santa replied.
