Picton’s harbour best around, but facilities disgraceful

It has come to my attention quite recently that the harbour advisory committee has been terminated. Does that mean that our harbours are in good useful condition? Picton harbour is the best harbour in eastern lake Ontario and the facilities here are disgraceful.
