Leanne Smits, Hazardous Waste Operations Supervisor, unloads used cans of paint at Saturday’s Quinte Waste Solutions Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day at Lake Street. By noon, more than 120 County residents had stopped by to safely dispose of their household waste.
