Rushnell Family Services acquires Whattam-Hicks Funeral Home

Rushnell Family Services, third generation locally-owned group of funeral homes, announces the most recent acquisition of our newest location, Whattam-Hicks Funeral Home. This is the eighth facility owned and operated by Rushnell Family Services.
We would like to thank Bob and Gayle Osborne for this smooth transition and are looking forward to welcoming them to our family; Bob will continue to serve families at this location. Since being founded by the late Doug & Mary Rushnell in 1961, we have been serving the families of Belleville, Trenton, Brighton, Stirling, Frankford and surrounding areas. We are pleased to be able to serve the families of Picton and surrounding area for many years to come.
As of Jan. 15th, we will begin the seamless transition of operating Whattam-Hicks out of one location at 33 Main Street West, Picton, ON. We encourage members of the public to call if they have any questions.
