Bloomfield bursting with Christmas spirit

A balmy 9C evening brought thousands to Bloomfield’s famous Night Time Santa Claus Parade Friday night. The main street started filling with visitors by late afternoon to enjoy shopping in the village and hot chocolate and chili in the Town Hall. An entertainer juggled fire sticks and entertained youngsters (of all ages) who were awaiting the start of the parade. The Pinecrest school choir performed on the church steps and plenty of visitors enjoyed free horse and carriage rides around the village.
