Watermain flushing continues in Picton

Watermain flushing and hydrant maintenance continues in Picton Thursday until 8 p.m.
Residents in those areas are asked to avoid excessive water use such as running tap water for extended periods or using the waching machine and dish waster simultaneously.
Those in immediate areas may experience intermittent pressure fluctuations and some discolouration of tap water while flushing is ongoing.
Once completed, run the cold water tap closest to the water meter for a few minutes until the tap water runs clear.
Work is scheduled for the following streets: Spencer, Hill, Main (between Spencer and Johnson); Broad, Bay, Division, Fairfield, Bockus, Johnson (south of Main) and Cty Road 49.
