Bell thinks PEC is in PEI

I am disgusted by this reply from Bell when I asked them about internet coverage in my area.
BELL DOES NOT KNOW WHERE PEC IS:
With regards to your email, I understand your concern regarding the availability of Bell Internet DSL service at your address. I am glad to assist you with that. I really apologize for the inconvenience caused due to this.
Please be informed that we deal with Bell Internet DSL residential Internet service within the province of Ontario and Quebec. We do not have access to check the service availability of your address at Prince Edward County. There is a dedicated department for the same. So, I kindly suggest you to contact them directly at
Prince Edward Island: 1-866-425-4268
This is DISGUSTING.

I am not paid to know the small towns in India and for starters I TOLD them in my e mail that I was in ONTARIO and gave them my BELL telephone number……. It is not hard to input that telephone number into their computer system……
How well do you know the names of the little towns and areas in India, where that reply was most likely constructed?
